Solid reference product -- good for understanding using CLS Sep 22, 2009
By D. Rees
"Nikon fan"
Good overview of how to finally master the Nikon Creative Lighting System. Only knock on this is that spends a fair amount of time on the SB900 capabilities -- so for those of us who aren't spending that kind of dough and have the SB600 several of the menu elements don't come into play. Also uses several physical setups that are beyond what an amateur photographer would normally have.

There is better out there Nov 10, 2010
By skibum21 I have seen this video and found that it had some useful tips and tricks but if you want to really learn how to use the Nikon flash system look at Nikons school video called "a hands on guide to creative lighting", it is about the same price and much more informative. I have an sb 800 and an sb 600 with a nikon d300s camera found that the Nikon video gave more helpful information than just how to use the flashes like this video.See link belowNikon School presents A Hands-on Guide to Creative Lighting

Speedlight Aug 30, 2011

"thirsting for knowledge"
It was an informative DVD, I suppose I could have as easily read the manual that came with speed light but I'm more of a visual learner
