Super item! Dec 27, 2010
By Birdman Just purchased this for use at my parents house. Didn't want to spend alot of money. If it worked marginally well, I would have been happy. Well, it exceeded my wildest imagination. This compact unit set up in minutes and worked flawlessly (even better then the much more expensive linksys I have at home!). In fact, i am buying another one to keep as a back up. If you are looking for an good router at a low price, look no further!

Easy as pie! Very impressed. Sep 24, 2010
By Justin This was by far one of the easiest setups I have encountered for a router. I was able to use their wizard, when I normally don't bother with wizards, to set the router up for a relative in about 2 minutes. The instructions were easy as could be. Just put the CD, follow instructions on screen and wallah! Fully secure wireless network. TP-Link has been making some very decent products recently and I have become quite pleased with their price and performance.

By AJSears I was sold this router by my ISP provider for a whopping $69.98! It worked okay but my wireless PCs ran noticeably slower then the hard wired ones. I was impressed that our PS3 in the basement at the far side of the house was able to get signal without a repeater. We had this router for 5 months, then nothing but problems. It dropped internet and had to be reset 5 or 6 times a day. If it lasted longer, if we bought it for the Amazon price, if it was just used to surf the net, it would have been an okay little router, but NOT for a gamer.
It just works. Apr 18, 2011
By Byron Lunz If you've dealt with hard-to-understand manuals, user interfaces, marginal performance, etc. then you'll understand the high praise contained in "It just works". An eye-catching flyer in the box says "Install the CD first!" but having set up routers before I did not do so - and it was not needed. I've bought two of these so far, and I'm recommending this as the best price/performance combo in wireless routers that I've seen to date.
