1Very Unhappy - Bad Product  Oct 21, 2011

I purchased the Portfolio Book Cover Carrying Case with Built in Bluetooth Keyboard for Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 because I liked that I could protect my tablet and have the use of a Bluetooth keyboard as well. What I got instead was a brick in a box. When I got my item, I plugged the keyboard into my PC so it could be charged. After 16 hours of charging, the keyboard still wouldn't turn on. I then gave up and unplugged the USB cable. That was when the female USB connector detached itself from the keyboard, and went with the cable. After further inspection, I noticed that the connector was only hot glued in place, and a bad glue job at that. I have since sent back the product requesting my money back. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else for a similar product until the manufacturer increases the quality of the Portfolio Book Cover Carrying Case with Built in Bluetooth Keyboard for Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.
