I love this product and this is my second one as I use it often! It will charge your 3GS up to 80% and it's doing a fine job with my new 4S. I like the suction cup holder as I can use it for running with an armband (I run long races).

I was expecting this to work for my iPod 4th generation, but it didn't. This seller should specifically say what products it works for. So, I ended up giving it to my brother who has an iPod 3rd Generation. Don't buy if you want a 4th gen charger.

I purchased two of these and they do work well, my only issue is that they do not adhere to larger cases such as the otterbox or large ballistic cases.

I have been using this battery pack since I purchased it earlier this year and it truly provides backup for my Ipod Touch 2nd Generation. It pretty much doubles the life of the original battery before you have to charge it again. I used it in September on a long flight to Paris, and I was so glad I had it.
