too expensive Feb 10, 2015

This works, however, the price is outrageous for something that is no more than glucosamine/chondroitin/msm. I started using flexadrene for our dogs instead. Flexadrene - Complete Joint Care Formula With 24 Premium Ingredients Including High Quality Glucosamine, Chrondroitin which Has many more ingredients, more milligrams and is less than half the price. I wont be switching back. Flexadrene is definitely a superior product.

My dog seems better! Oct 26, 2009
By Becky Rider
My Veterinarian prescribed this medication for my 8 yr. old Shetland Sheepdog, once he found arthritis developing in one of his knees. He prescribed a dose and a half for the first 6 weeks or so, and then he would take the prescribed amount that is given on the label thereafter. I can noticably see a difference in my dog now, and he's been on it for about 3 months. He is not as lame after running around a full day, and enjoys catching the frisbee more now, because he can last longer. I'm very happy with Dasuquin.

Pricey Sep 18, 2012

Suggested alternative. Why not look for the same ingredients elsewhere. For example, I found another online retailer (Puritans Pride) selling similar ingredient combos (for humans - same ingredients, my Vet approved it)
Price comes about $10 per bottle and has roughly the same effective dose in 90 servings. This is just a thought i wanted to share because these prices for Dasuquin are really pricey. So a little bit of rough math comparing these two products comes out to 53 cents per tab and 11 cents per tab Dasuquin / Puritan respectively (same dosage apx). Thats almost 5 times the cost per tablet.
Consult your veterinarian with suggested alternatives to see if they are safe for your animal!!!
The above quoted price for PP is sell price, normal price looks to be 25 cents per tab.
Cheers and may your pet live the best life possible.

Want to Save Money???Great Price Oct 30, 2010

We were buying these pills from our Vet for our eight year old Beagle. She is overweight and has hip and leg aches.
We started her on these pills and she has been on them for well over a year. They have helped her a lot. She runs and plays again. The price on Amazon is about $30 less than we paid our Vet and you do not need a prescription to
get them. I will be buying from Amazon from now on. This was my second time buying them from Amazon since she has been on them. Purchase them from Amazon.com

Excellent product! Dec 19, 2013
By Jeanette K. Schmitt
I have an old dog that just turned 17 yr on December 17, 2013. She is doing just great because I have had her on Dasuquin for about 2 yr or more now. A while back she became arthritic and was limping. However, after using the product about 1 month, I noticed a huge difference! Now she is still slow to rise after sleeping, has kidney failure, is nearly deaf and has bad eyesight but...she goes up and down steps, runs around the house and goes for 2 mile walks every day! I am very thrilled with this product as it has kept her mobile as she ages. Obviously, she has great care in all other aspects in her life from me, but I really feel Dasuquin was a life saver and kept her moving!
