 Replacement Battery Compaq CQ60 May 04, 2011

Product arrived as promised in good condition. Manually had to move battery release lever back in place, other than that installation and fit were as expected. Have been using for several weeks without any issues. Visited the HP store website to look at replacement batteries. The two HP battery options were 4 to 5 times the cost of this battery and customer reviews we equal to or worse than the reviews of this battery.
Based upon the price and similar or worse customer reviews of HP batteries, I would recommend this battery to other individuals needing a new battery for the Compaq CQ60 laptop.

Battery came yesterday. Fit right in my HP m#dv6-1355dx . Charged it up and it lasted about 2 1/2 hours with the music playing also. Now I dont have to look at the red x on my screen anymore and can unplug my computer once again. Will comment later on this review if the need arises. So far I am happy.

I bought this as a replacement for my original CQ60 laptop battery. The battery arrived quickly, fit in the computer perfectly as described and charged to 100% in about an hour. All seemed good, I used the laptop for about an hour on battery power, charge went to 48%. I plugged the power cord in and let it charge overnight. The next day the charge still read 48%, plugged in and not charging. I ran the HP battery check and the battery failed, If I remove the battery and put it back into the laptop it will charge it again to 100% and it will pass the HP battery check, but once it is used it needs to be popped out and put back in to get it to charge. I would have just gotten a replacement but it was not offered from amazon so I returned the item and will order a different replacement battery.

Fantastic !
The battery lasts about 3.5 hours with each charge.
The most my original HP battery ever lasted was 2 hours.

WARPED Battery for my HP G70-460US. Jun 18, 2011

I received it as promised. I was the correct battery. However, I could not get it to insert into my HP G70-460US laptop. When I kept examining it, I found that it was warped; it would not sit on the table flat. As far as the seller and Amazon, I have no complaints. They were very gracious, even paying the return shipping. This rating is only about this one battery. Due to the service, I just reordered another battery from the same seller, filled by Amazon. I am trying an Anker battery due to its reviews and price.
