 Does NOT replace the HP 384021-001 Nov 03, 2010

I got this to replace the HP 384021-001 which my laptop requires. I got it, plugged it in, and the charge light on my laptop went amber. Not green, amber. I turned it on, and it didn't recognize the power adaptor at all. Just kept saying I need to plug it in and charge the battery as soon as possible. I tried changing the power outlet, unplugging and plugging back in the adaptor, nothing worked. Got it yesterday, returning it today.
Did not fit my TC4400 as advertised Apr 12, 2012

I bought this item and had to return it because it did NOT fit my TC4400 as advertised. It might be a good product if it fits your laptop, but I'll never know. If you decide to buy it, contact the vendor and specify the dimensions of the adapter that you need, hopefully, it'll work for you.

I will not do business with Amazon.com any more because of their use of lousy third party vendors.
I ordered a part for my laptop and when it came in it was not what I ordered. Poor Labeling on the
the product made it incompatible with my laptop. The only saving grace with the company is that they
did give me a full refund for the returned object.
