I was very pleased with the price and quality of the item purchased. It was frustrating,however; that the order went through and then a day later the item was backordered and I had to wait. I know this sounds petty, but I work off my computer and was hoping only to be done for a few days. Other than that, I was very happy with everything else.

Shipping was good. Came in as it stated. The keyboard look identical to my original laptop keyboard (Dell XPS 1530). The reason why I gave it a 4 star and not 5 because the packaging was very wrinkled. When I opened up the pack...hoping that the keyboard was intact, the keyboard was good except one of the corners was bent slightly. I carefully fixed it straight and install the keyboard. This flaw didn't effect the use of the keyboard... a slight cosmetic flaw. Overall, it's good...I'm using it as we speak...had for 3/4 days now. Only thing I suggest is when sending electronics as delicate as this one, to put on packaging "handle with care" or "do not bend" or send it in a box.

Fits perfectly on laptop as described. All keys are functional nice colour. Most important is works good buy and received in good condition

This was a very well cleaned used keyboard. The stiff connector at the end of the cable had been taken off making it impossible to slide the cable into the laptop. I thought this was going to be a new k/b, not a used one with a missing part. Could still see the glue where connector was supposed to be. returned!
