5DVD Drive for Dell Inspiron 1545  Mar 24, 2012

I received the drive in a timely manner. It fit perfectly in my laptop. The only problem was that the new drive had a different front bezel than my old drive, and did not fit flush with the unit. I e-mailed Brainy Deal regarding their return policy, and they replied, letting me know that I could swap the bezels, and included instructions on how to do it! Within a few minutes, I had the bezels swapped, and the drive installed, which works perfectly. I am very happy, not only with the quality of the product, but with the excellent customer service by Jojo at BrainyDeal. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. I highly recommend this product and BrainyDeal for any similar purchases.

the product did not work in my computer. what do i do. i had it installed and it did not work. i had another person look at what we installed and they tried to fix it, the product still did not work. what am i to do....
