No errors so far and came in the mail quite fast. It burns decently well and quickly depending on your systems specs. I would recommend this product for any dell laptops that don't already have a burner installed.

If your order comes from Power Optical they sent a DVD ROM, now I have to pay to ship it back.
Power Optical came through & sent me another one that works great. The first one was just defective.

Note that this product does not include the circuit boards or case necessary to install it in your computer. I tried to replace my dead DVD drive and was unable to do so because I was unable to pry the front off my broken drive's case.
