Prompt delivery. I read other reviews of the product which said the battery storage would be around 4 hrs but it is only 2.5 hrs. May be I have just started using it , I will surely revist if the battery storage time improves.

I purchased several of these replacement batteries for several Dells that we have in the office that were having short battery life.

A great price, and we're back up to 4.5 hours of battery life.
