Helicopter is not very durable or controllable. Got one fly out of the copter with a soft landing in a bush, and that was the last time it flew. Top rotor would not rotate after the first landing. Very difficult to control as well. Instructions written in broken English and did not make sense. Would not buy this product again.

I CAN NOT BEGIN TO SAY WHAT A NIGHTMARE IT HAS BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY (NST GIFTS) OVER A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED HELICOPTER!! I CAN'T BELIEVE ANYONE WOULD GIVE THEM A 5 STAR RATING. IF YOU PEOPLE KEEP ORDERING FROM THEM, YOU'LL GET TAKEN TOO SOONER OR LATER!! THIS ORDER CAME IN PACKED POORLY SO WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WOULD BE WRONG! THEN WE SENT IT BACK BUT THAT WAS AFTER I WAS FORCED TO FILE AN A-Z CLAIM WITH AMAZON.THEN NST TRIED TO BRIBE ME INTO WITHDRAWING MY CLAIM AND GIVING THEM POSITIVE FEEDBACK IN EXCHANGE FOR A FULL REFUND. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THAT?? WELL MY CLAIM IS STILL OPEN, BUT NST KEPT 25% OF MY REFUND!SO BETWEEN THAT AND HAVING TO SHIP THAT PIECE OF JUNK BACK I'M OUT ABOUT $30.00!! THIS ALL SAYS ALOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY! THAT'S NST GIFTS! THEY DON'T MAKE GOOD PRODUCTS, THEN THEY DON'T PACK THEM WELL, THEN THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND I SEE OTHERS HAVE TOO. DON'T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM!! STAY AWAY FROM NST GIFTS!! THAT'S NST GIFTS!! LIKE I SAID, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF SOONER OR LATER.
