 Good Sectional for the $$$ Dec 01, 2010

I recently received the Bob Kona three-piece sectional couch in Walnut. The sectional itself looks very nice once assembled, in fact, better than I had anticipated. It is very comfortable and is a nice addition to our home. You can tell that the couch itself is not the highest quality furniture on the market, however, it does look nice, wipes spills off well and is comfortable. I think the seat cushions will need to be replaced in a couple of years, but other than that, I have high hopes in terms of endurance. The chez section is long enough to lay down comfortably on, but is longer than expected. We move around a lot, so the different possible configurations of the sectional itself was a selling point, as well as it's relative light weight. Overall, I think this is the best available option for a sectional in the price range after a lot of research. Also, receiving the actual furniture was pretty painless and arrived sooner than expected. I would happily reccommend this sectional to others.

Fast shipping, challenging to put together Jan 07, 2011

I ordered this three days before Christmas and it arrived in 5 business days, as scheduled. It would have arrived earlier (as it was in my city two days after ordering) but the shipping company had a "bare bones crew" during the Christmas-New Year's week and actually called to ask if they could deliver it AFTER New Year's. I said no and they were fine with that and it arrived on the correct day.
The putting together was a bit challenging, some of the holes were not pre-drilled in the right direction but after a few hours (with two mostly handy men), it was put together and it looks pretty good. It was a little stiff at first but I've had it for two weeks so it's starting to get a little softer. The dark color fits right in with my living room and it def looks better than all the sectionals I looked at in stores for the a similar price.
I love the storage ottoman, it is a very nice feature. I thought the chaise was reversible and there are different positions it can be in, but it is not reversible in the most obvious way. But it works out in my living room. My only complaint is that the plastic pegs on the bottom slide on my wood floor, so the sections slip apart a little. I put a rug down and put the pegs on the rug but it hasn't helped much. But it isn't a super big deal since they can't go too far apart because of my wall and side table. And really, for the price, I'm okay with it.
Overall, it's a big step up from my previous sofa and I'm happy with the purchase. It is a little scary to order something so expensive and big online but the process was super easy.

This was a purchase made for ourselves for Christmas. I was very sceptical on purchaceing an sofa via internet due to the uncertainty of comfort, quality, true size, and such. This was a hit. It was exactly what we were looking for and it is so very comfortable. And it is such an nice looking sofa. Unfortunantly though, it is made of bonded leather and the day we got it, our dog jumped up and slipped and his nail has left a slight tear. But it is what to expect I guess. We have just covered that area with a quilted throw and it is just as pretty. My only complaint is the shipping. The tracking was only for when the origianal shipping company from Amazon had dropped it off to an local company. And it took me days to figure out what was the name and number of the new company to call and check on the status of our shippment. It was 2 days later than promised. But it did come in good shape and the delivering company was very helpful when I did get to talk to them. But all in all, I do love the sofa and look forward to its comforts everyday.

"Showtime"
I have had this couch for about a year and a half now and it has been great. It has been used as our main seating set and has handled the pressure of every day seating. I like the fact that it is fairly light making it very easy to move around. We have now moved this couch upstairs into my man cave and it has worked out great. My one complaint is that over time of sitting on the same section of the couch the cushions have actually packed down leaving them a little uneven and uncomfortable to lay across in the other direction but I feel that will happen with most couches. This has stood up to dogs, kids, men rooting on football games and it just keeps working along. Would recommend this couch to anyone.

Perfect for our purposes Feb 16, 2011

This couch is really perfect for our home. We are a young couple starting out with two dogs and needed something that was nice, yet could be easily cleaned. This serves its purpose. Assembly was pretty easy. A few of the holes weren't places right, making it difficult, but manageable. Definitely a two person job. We love the end product and are totally pleased with this purchase!
