 Great couch for the price Sep 17, 2010

We have had the couch for about a month now and love it. We were able to put it together easily and it is so nice to have a couch that My husband, Me, our 6 yr old, and new baby can all sit together on to watch a movie! I know we will wear out a couple cushions faster than others because I do not plan to change the place of the lounger but there is a one yr limited warranty on springs etc. I also think that considering what I pd for this (about $600, the price of a recliner most places) we can really live on it for a few years and when it needs replaced hopefully I can find a great deal again. All cushions are removable so they can be flipped, back cushions are not sewn on allowing them to be removed, or adjusted as needed. The material is easy to spot clean and it looks great.
- 9 months later and it's still great. I am so glad we bought this couch. I do get on the kids case for roughhousing all over it but it is standing up to all that very well too.

The Bobkona Hungtinton Microfiber/Faux Leather 3-Piece Furniture set was an amazing price! With our budget, it was the best option when my family bought it. When the three packaging boxes arrived, I learned quickly that it was definitely made in China. Three details summarize the experience we have had with this chofa and ottoman.
Since the three boxes began their destination in China and with the amounts of shipping they had likely seen, the wear and tear showed via a crushed corner here, a puncture wound there. It was hit or miss as to whether the contents were damaged by shipping. In our family's case, one of the faux leather side supports had been punctured. Starting with the smallest box, I assembled the ottoman first. The cushion was supernaturally shoved into the boxed support of the ottoman. It took brawn to pull it back out. And, when it came, the cushion was clearly larger than the space allowed for it. Result? The spring-like skeletal system of one of the shorter sides of the ottoman, which had been doubled onto itself, was mashed. Even now, although the cushion gives the illusion of a sound structure, one can feel the crushed support and see a slight snubbiness to that side of the ottoman.
So, we tried to contact Bobkona, and also the manufacturing company, but we only received returned e-mails, busy signals, or other disappointing results showing our inability to connect via viable means. It was quite frustrating that we were unable to solve the problem by replacing only the portions that were damaged.
Instead we contacted Amazon.com and they sent us a replacement. It was wonderful to have such fabulous customer service from Amazon!
In conclusion, if you're on a budget and cannot beat the price by buying higher quality, this is a lovely chofa; however, beware - it will not satisfy everyone!

I bought this set at a local furniture store for $400 and they are garbage. the ottoman broke right away. lucky me i was able to open it up and fix it myself. I am the heaviest member of my house at 165 lbs. and the whole couch is collapsing. For the listed price go to costco and buy the sectional they sell seasonally towards the last quarter of the year and first quarter of the year. Save your money.

I have this sectional for 2 months now .This sectional is really unconfortable,cheaply made ,the cushons are deformed i do regret buying it.Do yor self a favour and save a few more dollars and buy a better quality one. ill give it one star because the it cleans well and the delivery was on time.You get what you pay for.

This couch is amazing! I dont care what anyone else wrote negative about it, its a great couch! My family and I were worried about purchasing a couch online but this was deff. worth the risk. Its a HUGE couch and it is comfortable. Its not cushy but it will get there. The delivery service we had was great and our packages were on time. It came in 3 boxes. 2 very big ones and one smaller one for the ottoman. Everytime i walk out into my living room im amazed =). I would buy this couch again anyday. The couch we got was the Bobkona Hungtinton Microfiber/Faux Leather 3-Piece Sectional Sofa Set, SAGE.
