I was surprised when I saw the quality of the received product :
Proffesional Grade package,
Warraty Card
Warning sticker (to use if you have to return the product)
An Insurance card, (if your laptop suffers some damage)
Instructions and FAQ document.If you visit the web page, you have an idea of product quality and components.
Without "awake" the battery (full discharge + full Charge),and only with factory charge, the BatteryBar Ver 3.5.4, stablish around 6 hours of battery life (12-cells baterry for a Pavillion dv4-2140us with AMD processor); resulting, finally, in 5 hours + 38 mins.
I'll recommend this brand as replacement battery to my friends.
