Wristwatch Walkie Talkie Jul 05, 2010
By Reathen The range, clarity and ease of use for this product is outstanding. I use them while hiking, camping and other various and sundry outdoor activities. My only complaint is the antenna, the black cover came off on 3 of the four while just hiking. With the copper wire that was the antenna exposed it is easily bent and/or broken off before you even notice a problem. If you were to use a dab of super glue when you first get them it likely wouldn't be a problem, but I discovered this too late.

fun, useful toy Nov 28, 2009
By Carl Brown Decent range, useful for kids playing in the creek away from the house or at a park or parade so that we can keep in touch.
better yet- it allows the kids to keep in touch.
well-constructed, nice looking.
The antenna on one of them broke off, but hey, no big deal.

We used it for our last trip on cruise. We got separated, each 2 of us stayed in different room, which were side by side. While we tried to use them, the noise was annoying, and the clarity was not too good. They worked, but not consistently. They drained the battery like crazy, we had to keep charging them.
My kids loved them, though!
We use them now for one of the children when they play outside in the yard, I would have another, then I feel I could still communicate with them.
In the future, I think I would rather buy the real thing (handheld), not the fancy looking ones! :)

outside play time Oct 07, 2010
By workingmomof3 I have three primary school age kids & these walkie talkie watches are perfect for them & their friends to run around with outside in the trees & trails with in a 1 mile radius. Their imaginations run wild! However, they do not work so well @ a high school football game where it is too noisy to communicate. I would recommend these for fun backyard play time, not for long distance emergency communications. FYI:The directions were written by someone with less than adequate working knowledge of the english language, so luckily they're not complicated.

Wrist Walkie Talkie Sep 06, 2010
By DENNIS R. KELLY Items arrived very quickly and well packaged. Pleased with their performance in open areas, don't work as well in buildings or wooded areas outside.
