I can not read chinese Sep 19, 2010

Ensure the instructions are in English, I enjoy the aspect of ordering products from other countries but I warn consumers you may wish to ensure the product comes from America not an America company that sells foreign goods in a foreign language. Well it has been about 5 weeks now and many features of this product is unknown to me, the reason is that the entire instructions came written in Chinese. True there is a menu in english, however try to seek selections of the menu and it is written in Chinese. There is a menu for movies, but it is in Chinese. There is a menu for the equilzer, it is in Chinese. The device does play ok but because the fine tuning is in Chinese, I do not know what I am doing. I can not load movies because the instructions are in Chinese. Although the product does state it can do a lot of things that most people are interested in even the instructions were too brief. With everything that the device says it can do there are only 12 lines of instruction. Unless the entire Chinese language is in picture/letters, I would hardly doubt that even if I did speak/read Chinese that the brief instructions would explain the full features of the product. I think I will choose a Sony or other companies that sell their oversees products in a language of the people to whom will use their product. I will keep this until I reorder a different product with instructions in English. Then I will toss it.

The products mp3 adaptor is not universal. It will not fit most phones, players, or ipods. No universal jack. It fails to register in computer when usb port is plugged in and fails to download any music in its advertised hard drive. Arrives in mail with no manual or instructions. The usb adaptor provided is very short. I would not suggest anyone to purchase this product. It does not meet standards it is advertised as. I will attempt to return product. Good luck.

I wish I could return this item. The USB port provided is the smaller end of a Camera link. This make it impossible to play music you have saved on a disk drive. Another thing is that you can't download. When you connect the MP3 to a computer in order to download music in the equipment and utilize its memory, the equipment indicate downloading but nothing actually register in it. Can you please send me the name of its supplier?

the item listed above is of very poor quality for the price i would pay maybe $6.00 for this item and only if shipping was free. When i recieved the item the SD card slot on the bottom was cracked and when I purchased the item the description Read USB Port however after recieving the item it has a mini USB port which means that you can not plug a thumb drive into it unless you have an adapter which I do not believe is made.........When i contacted the company they were very willing to refund only purchase price not the shipping and handeling and said they would fix the Error in the description.....Now of course I needed it in a hurry and spent $15 shipping to me and then it was i believe $5 to return the item.... so when all said and done I lost $20 on the deal so buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Player did not work well, with a very glaring screen it was hard to read during the day in the car. However, the service was good returning the item.
