Installation went smoothly but the battery would not hold a charge... Tried charging it for an entire day and it still would not hold a charge. Put back in the old battery and my phone worked fine. Tools included were nice though.. too bad the battery didn't work.

Apple wanted $80 just to look at replacing the battery on my Iphone 3GS, so I gave this a try. Using the tools provided and online guides that are readily available out there I was easily able to replace the battery in about half an hour. The phone works great again!

Install went smoothly. Powered up. Would stay on for a minute or so then the screen would go blank with a ghost image of whatever was there before. Then it would reboot. Kept doing this. Installed old battery and it works fine.
